A Business Name Registration must be renewed every three years. As the renewal date approaches, Consumer Affairs Victoria will issue a Renewal Notice to the owner/s of a Registered Business Name.

However, it is ultimately the owner's responsibility to keep the registration current, so it is important to make sure you are aware of the renewal date and contact CAV if you do not receive your Renewal Notice.

To renew your registration:

• complete and return the Renewal Form with the fee to:

• complete the Renew a Business Name Registration page and pay the fee online.
