Registration of managers
If you propose to carry out any of the functions of an owners corporation manager for a fee or reward, you are required to register with the Business Licensing Authority (BLA). See the BLA's owners corporation web page for more information.

You can check to see if your owners corporation manager is registered by looking at the BLA's public register.
