Transfer of consumer credit regulation to the Commonwealth

In 2010 the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) will assume responsibility for the regulation of consumer credit and finance broking. For updates on the transfer, please visit the Commonwealth Treasury website and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission website.
