Before you apply
The Victorian Property Fund grants program has a limited budget, both in aggregate and for specific grant purposes.

It is recommended that you call Consumer Affairs Victoria on 03 8684 6408 to discuss the nature of your proposal and current VPF priorities and funding capacity before preparing an application.

How to apply
An application for a grant from the Victorian Property Fund can be lodged at any time. You can apply for a grant by:

• downloading the Grant Application Form and the Grant Application Guide. If you are making a grant application for a housing assistance project, also download the Guidelines for Housing Assistance Grants.

• completing the details (which are explained in the form and grant application guide).
  
  Please note that incomplete or incorrect applications may be delayed or cancelled. It is recommended that you email CAV at the address below a draft copy of your application for feedback before submitting a signed formal application.

• posting the application to:
