We'll use this information to help fight scams in Victoria.

We won't contact you regarding your submission via this form. However, if you are a victim of a scam, please use our consumer complaint form or contact the Consumer Affairs Helpline available on 1300 55 81 81.

If you believe you have sent money to a scammer through Western Union, contact them immediately on 1800 173 833. If you used a credit card, contact your bank or financial institution immediately.

Consumer Affairs Victoria recommends that you keep a copy of the scam materials (ie. email or letter), just in case we need to contact you for further information.

Is your online scam form not loading?
