The Liquor Licensing Panel is an independent statutory body established under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (the Act).
The functions of the LLP are:

• to consider contested applications referred to it by the Director; and
• to report to the Director on those applications; and
• any other functions conferred on it by or under the Act
