The Motor Car Traders Guarantee Fund Claims Committee (MCTGFCC) is a statutory claims committee established under the Motor Car Traders Act 1986 (the Act).
The function of the MCTGFCC is to consider and determine claims made against the Motor Car Traders Guarantee Fund.
