Consumer Affairs Victoria has a close relationship with the following organisations:

Business Licensing Authority (BLA)
The BLA administers licensing, registration and permission provisions within Victoria.

Consumer Credit Fund Advisory Committee (CCFAC)
The Committee makes recommendations to the Minister for grants from the Fund towards research, education, advice or assistance programs.

Consumer Utilities Advocacy Centre (CUAC)
An independent consumer advocacy organisation which ensures the interests of Victorian electricity, gas and water consumers .

Estate Agents Council
A ministerial advisory council seeking to ensure the interests of real estate vendors, buyers, tenants, property owners are balanced.

Funeral Industry Ministerial Advisory Council
A ministerial advisory council comprising funeral providers, funeral industry employees and consumer and the health industry repesentatives.

Liquor Control Advisory Council (LCAC)
A statutory body providing advice to the Minister on alcohol abuse and other related issues.

Liquor Licensing Panel
The Liquor Licensing Panel hears any objections to the application decisions of the Director of Liquor Licensing.

Motor Car Traders Guarantee Fund Claims Committee
The Committee is responsible for considering and determining claims for compensation from the Fund

Prostitution Control Act Ministerial Advisory Committee
The PCAMAC is an independent statutory body advising the Minister for Consumer Affairs on issues relating to the prostitution industry in Victoria.

Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (RTBA)
The RTBA holds all Victorian residential tenancy bonds.
