You must notify the Director of Consumer Affairs Victoria via myCAV within 14 days of changes to the details of a retirement village listed on the public register.

Remove a retirement village from the register

To remove a retirement village from the register, you must advise the Director of Consumer Affairs Victoria in writing that the village no longer operates.
