You can report scams to us, but before you do:
- if you have sent money to a scammer through a money transfer agent, such as Western Union or MoneyGram, contact them immediately and they may be able to stop the transfer
- if you used a credit card, contact your bank or financial institution immediately.
If you are a victim of the scam, please call us on 1300 55 81 81 or complete our online general complaint form.
Whether you are a victim or not, you can dob in a scam with our online dob in a scam form.
