Consumer Affairs Victoria runs free sessions for owners and managers who rent, or plan to rent out, one or more rooms to four or more people.
The sessions provide:
- tips on communicating with residents
- renting the right way
- how to deal with issues as they happen
- fire alarms and safety issues
- opportunity to ask your questions
- what Consumer Affairs Victoria can do to help you.
