ShopSafe™ shows you what to look for in an e-commerce website. You don't need to register to enter and you can go back as often as you like. Before you shop or spend online, you can practice in the safety of ShopSafe™.

You can use the online version of ShopSafe™ at any time. We also have a version available on CD ROM that you can use without an internet connection. You can apply to Consumer Affairs Victoria for permission to duplicate a specified number of CD ROMs. Please send an email describing your organisation and its requirements to consumer@justice.vic.gov.au with E-commerce CD ROM in the subject line.
