About the requests for service

The Tenancy and Consumer Program 2017-21 (the Program) funds community organisations to deliver a range of services to support vulnerable and disadvantaged tenants and consumers.

We are conducting four separate Requests for Service to select not-for-profit organisations to deliver the following four Program service components:

Who can apply?

Note: applications closed on Friday, 10 February 2017.

Applications to deliver a component of the Program can be made by independent Victorian not-for-profit organisations, including community legal centres and other not-for-profit organisations with suitable experience and expertise.

Eligible organisations can apply for more than one of the four program components, or more than one of the Tenancy Assistance and Advocacy Program service areas.

Applications cannot be made by:

  • organisations intending to use the funds for a project outside Victoria
  • universities, TAFEs and other academic institutions
  • for-profit organisations
  • government departments or agencies.
