A real estate agent’s representative has been put on a 12-month good behaviour bond, including 150 hours of unpaid community work, after pleading guilty to 68 breaches of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (RTA) and the Fair Trading Act 1999.

Laurel Shirlee Heath pleaded guilty in Melbourne Magistrates Court on 4 April 2011 to failing to lodge bonds within the 10 days required by the RTA, and misleading and deceptive conduct.

Ms Heath was ordered to pay court costs of $480. No conviction was recorded.
