From 1 July, there are new requirements for real estate agents in Victoria when providing trust account audits to Consumer Affairs Victoria.

A new Auditor’s report on estate agent’s trust accounts replaces the form previously used for audits.

It becomes mandatory to use this form from 1 July 2020. You can download the new form and accompanying guide:
