The Tenancy Central Service (TCS) is a service provided by Tenants Victoria for community workers assisting financially disadvantaged Victorians with rental issues.
What is the TCS?
The TCS includes the following three components:
- the tenancy advice service (comprising of the workers' advice line to provide renter legal information, advice and casework support for community workers)
- professional development for Tenancy Assistance and Advocacy Program workers
- rental campaigns, media, policy and advocacy.
