The table below sets out fees for the 2023-24 financial year for the most common applications and changes submitted by incorporated associations. A full list of fee amounts can be found in the Associations Incorporation Reform Regulations 2023.

Fees are automatically indexed for inflation on 1 July every year.

Association secretaries or their authorised delegates can download free additional copies of the certificate of incorporation and copies of their association's rules through their myCAV accounts.

Extracts can be purchased online and emailed to you via Search for an incorporated association.

Copies of other documents can be purchased by lodging a Request to inspect register of incorporated associations (Word, 237KB). Lodgment details are on the form.
