Changes to the Owners Corporations Act from 1 December 2021

Changes to laws governing the establishment, operation, functions and powers of owners corporations in Victoria came into effect on 1 December 2021.

These law changes involved amendments to:

  • the Owners Corporations Act 2006
  • the Retirement Villages Act 1986, and
  • Part 5 of the Subdivision Act 1988.
