You can search incorporated associations by:
- Registration number
- Incorporated association name
- Associations pending cancellation
This search will only find incorporated associations listed on the Victorian Names Register. The register will not tell you if a proposed name for an association is available and can be registered. For name availability, visit the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) name check registry.
Note: You can also see lists of pending cancellations and pending voluntary cancellations at Cancel, wind up or amalgamate an incorporated association.

Purchase an extract
You can purchase an extract via the public register to obtain the following information for an association:
- Current and previous secretary's name
- Association's registered address and previous addresses
- Association's previous names
