1.       To ensure the rented property address is correctly recorded, start typing your address in 'Search Rented Property Address' and we will look it up for you. Click on the correct address to select.

 2.     If the address is found but needs more details to be added,such as a unit or room number, select the address from the drop down list and then select 'Add to street address' rather than 'Address is not listed?' Then add the extra details.

3.      If the address is not listed, choose 'Address is not listed?' and fill in the details.

By following these steps the address will be correctly recorded on the Register (DPID compliant) and you will find the bond easily when searching on RTBA Online.
