Real estate agent Denis Sholl has been permanently disqualified from holding a real estate agent’s licence, after a deficiency was discovered in his estate agent’s trust account.
At a disciplinary hearing, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal reprimanded Mr Sholl, cancelled his licence and declared him permanently disqualified from holding a licence.
Mr Sholl was also ordered to pay a penalty of $2500 to the Victorian Property Fund.
