Frankston Magistrates’ Court has convicted and fined Ewing Glenn Gallaher $1000 for working in a customer service capacity at a motor car trader, while a prohibited person.
Mr Gallaher pleaded guilty to three breaches of the Motor Car Traders Act 1986. The court also ordered that he pay $1355.72 costs.
