La Trobe Valley Magistrates’ Court has granted a civil injunction restraining Gregory James Stewart from working as a customer service officer unless he is granted permission to do so by the Business Licensing Authority.
On 1 August 2012, the court made orders by consent restraining Mr Stewart from working in a customer service capacity for a motor car trader until he is granted permission to do so under the Motor Car Traders Act 1986.
