John Michael Talia has been reprimanded and declared permanently ineligible to be a real estate agent’s representative or hold an agent’s licence.
At a disciplinary hearing, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal ruled that Mr Talia was not of good character and not a fit and proper person to be an agent’s representative.
