An unlicensed motor car trader has been convicted and fined $8000 after advertising 26 different cars for sale online on 183 occasions between 9 June 2011 and 31 May 2012.
Michael Delosa, 56, was convicted in Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on 26 October, 2012, of one count of unlicensed motor car trading under the Motor Car Traders Act 1986.
Mr Delosa was ordered to pay $8000 plus $697.96 costs.
