Melbourne Magistrate’s Court has granted a final injunction to prevent Paul Richardson from operating as a motor car trader without holding a licence.
The Director of Consumer Affairs Victoria applied to the court for the injunction to prevent Mr Richardson from breaching section 7 of the Motor Car Traders Act 1986.
Mr Richardson was ordered to pay costs of $900.
