You must register your business details with us within 28 days of starting a funeral provider business. Registration is free.
To register, please complete a Funeral Provider Registration online form.
We will use your business details to inform you of your legislative requirements. Your business details will also be listed on the Public register of funeral providers.
Change of registration details
If there are any changes to your registration details, you must inform us within 14 days by completing a Funeral Provider – Change registration details online form.
