This section contains the regular updates that we provide to assist agencies with implementing the Financial Counselling Program service delivery model. We issue the updates on an as needs basis.

- Update 4 - September 2015: Recording family violence in FCP datasheet, recording receipt of MoneyHelp referrals in IRIS
- Update 3 - June 2015: Guidance on allocation of service minutes against FCP service types
- Update 2 - March 2015: Information and referral service type, assessing and recording financial disadvantage, MoneyHelp referrals
- Update 1 - November 2014: Non attendance, secondary consults, prioritisation protocol, postcode entry
