Purpose
The Australian Youth for International Climate Engagement (AYFICE) is a youth-led organisation aiming to bring more young Australian voices into international climate and environmental discussions.
Specifically, we aim to (1) increase youth engagement in government and international climate and environmental processes, (2) connect young people with decision-makers and other relevant stakeholders, (3) amplify the voices of youth, including First Nations youth, in climate and environment policy-making discussions, and (4) to unite youth against the fight against the climate crisis and ecological breakdown.
