Purpose

The purposes of the Association are to—
(a) manage the Tallarook Mechanics Institute in accordance with any occupancy and/or
service agreement with Mitchell Shire Council,
(b) promote the venue to a wide range of potential users including families, community,
and business,
(c) facilitate access for users to utilise the venue for a range of activities,
(d) develop and manage an annual budget that provides for ongoing maintenance and
operation of the site and venue,
(e) seek opportunities to further develop the site.
