Rich believes issuing this warning is in the public interest, after Consumer Affairs Victoria received an influx of concerning contacts relating to the company’s operations.
Contacts to Consumer Affairs Victoria include allegations that Ultimate Kitchens & Bathrooms:
- has received payments for kitchen and bathroom renovation works; and
- is failing to fulfil consumer contracts; and
- is failing to respond to consumers.
Given the number and the serious nature of the issues raised, Rich is urging consumers to be cautious when dealing with Ultimate Kitchens & Bathrooms.
