How to track my application

Once you have submitted your application via myCAV, you will be able to see on your myCAV home page ‘Transactions in progress’. Find more information about myCAV.

Common causes of delays

The most common delays happen when:

  • you do not provide all the required information and documentation for the registration or licence you are applying for.
  • your application requires a criminal check and there is a delay with processing your check with the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC).
