Change retirement village details

You must notify the Director of Consumer Affairs Victoria of changes to the details of a retirement village listed on the public register.

Complete the Retirement village change of particulars (Word, 130KB) and submit it according to the instructions on the form.

Once we have received your form, we will update the public register (normally within five business days) and send you a letter of acknowledgement.

Remove a retirement village from the register

To remove a retirement village from the register, you must advise the Director of Consumer Affairs Victoria in writing that the village no longer operates.
