18 Jun 2019 - From 19 June 2019, Victorian landlords can give tenants who consent the prescribed renting guide in electronic form, instead of a printed guide. In tenancy agreements entered into on or after 19 June 2019, rent increases are restricted to no more than once every 12 months.
